What this website does not do
This website doesn’t use a consent banner, and there’s a reason for that: there’s nothing we need your consent for.
- We use no cookies.
- We use no local storage Your browser’s.
- We use no analytics, tracking or advertising toolsone — no Google Analytics, no tracking pixels, no profiling.
- The writings are on our own server. No connection is established with Google Fonts or any other third-party service.
- There are no maps, videos or social media buttons embedded, which access external servers when called.
When you visit a page, your browser therefore only loads content from our own server.
Accessing this website
In order for us to deliver a web page to you, your browser must transmit technical information to our server — including your IP address, the URL of the page you are accessing, the date and time of the request, the status code returned, the amount of data transferred, and the information your browser provides when it connects. Without this information, it is technically impossible to deliver a web page.
We process this data to ensure the operation and security of this website, to detect malfunctions and to ward off attacks. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in ensuring secure and stable operation, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. This data is not combined with any other data and is not used to identify you personally.
Hosting
This website is hosted on a server belonging to the Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestraße 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen. The server is located in a data centre in Falkenstein in the Vogtland region, Germany. No data is transferred to a country outside the European Union.
Hetzner processes the data mentioned above exclusively on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions. This is based on a data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR.
Contact form and contacting us by email
You can contact us using the form on this website. The following data will be transmitted: Name, Email address, the selected Concerns and your Message; optional extras Company andTelephone number. That’s all we’re asking.
We use this information to process and respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, insofar as your enquiry relates to a contract; otherwise, it is our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The data will not be disclosed to third parties for any other purposes, nor will it be cross-referenced with other data.
We receive your enquiry by email. We use a delivery service provider to send it; the details you have entered are transmitted in the process. You will also receive a confirmation at the address you have provided. This processing is governed by a data processing agreement in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.
We will delete your details as soon as your enquiry has been fully processed and provided there are no statutory retention requirements preventing us from doing so. Of course, you are welcome to call us or write to us directly at any time instead.
Reviews from our Google Business Profile
At the bottom of the page, we display the average rating and the number of reviews from our Google Business Profile. This information is retrievedour server at regular intervals and displays them as text. Your browser then No connection to Google. This means that no data about you is transmitted to Google when you visit this website.
Transmission security
This website is delivered exclusively via an encrypted connection (HTTPS using state-of-the-art technology). This ensures that the content you access or send to us cannot be intercepted by third parties whilst in transit. However, complete security cannot be guaranteed when communicating over the internet.
Duration of storage
The period for which personal data is stored is determined by the relevant statutory retention periods, such as those set out in commercial and tax law. Once the respective period has expired, the relevant data will be deleted. Where data is required for the performance of a contract or for pre-contractual measures, or where we have a legitimate interest in continuing to store the data, the data will be deleted once it is no longer required for these purposes or once you have exercised your right of withdrawal or right to object.

The right, pursuant to Article 17 of the GDPR, to request the erasure of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, to comply with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, or to establish, exercise or defence of legal claims.
The right, pursuant to Article 18 of the GDPR, to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data where you contest the accuracy of the data, where the processing is unlawful but you object to its erasure and we no longer require the data, but you require it for the purpose of asserting, exercise or defend legal claims, or you have objected to the processing in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR.
The right, in accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR, to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, or to request that it be transferred to another controller.
The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in accordance with Article 77 of the GDPR.
Right to object
Where we process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Article 6(1), first sentence, point (f) of the GDPR, you have the right, pursuant to Article 21 of the GDPR, to object to the processing of your personal data, provided this is for reasons arising from your particular situation. If the objection relates to processing for the purposes of direct marketing, you have a general right to object without needing to specify a particular situation.

Protection of minors
Children and persons under the age of 18 should not provide us with any personal data without the consent of their parents or legal guardians. We do not request, collect or pass on any personal data from children to third parties.

We don’t use social media because we still chat on the phone or in person.
