Not every appointment requires a waiting room. With x.onvid, you can speak to your patients via video and audio — directly from your practice software, without needing a separate programme or login details for a third-party portal.
For those with chronic illnesses, there is no need to travel; in the event of an infection, there is no risk of catching it in the waiting room. The connection is end-to-end encrypted.

x.onvid connects doctors and patients via the internet. Both are sitting in front of their screens in different locations. At a pre-arranged time, the patient enters the virtual waiting room. The doctor begins the video consultation and discusses the patient’s case with them, just as they would during a visit to the surgery. Medical data, such as laboratory reports, can be viewed together and exchanged securely.
The add-on solution ‘x.onvid’ is integrated directly into the practice software from medatixx, so no separate programme is required.
