Not every appointment requires a waiting room. With x.onvid, you speak with your patients via video and audio, directly from within the practice software and without a second program. If patients book their appointment via x.webtermin, they automatically receive the access details with their appointment confirmation.
For those with chronic illnesses, there is no need to travel; in the event of an infection, there is no risk of catching it in the waiting room. The connection is end-to-end encrypted.

x.onvid connects doctors and patients via the internet. Both are sitting in front of their screens in different locations. At a pre-arranged time, the patient enters the virtual waiting room. The doctor begins the video consultation and discusses the patient’s case with them, just as they would during a visit to the surgery. Medical data, such as laboratory reports, can be viewed together and exchanged securely.
The additional solution x.onvid is integrated directly into the practice software from medatixx, so no separate program is required. Functions for screen sharing and file exchange are included.

Before your first video consultation, we’ll check what you’ll need to have in place: a camera, a microphone and a connection that can cope even when the surgery is full.
After that, we go through the process together with your team, from entering the appointment to the moment the patient is sitting in the virtual waiting room.
