Building on our tried-and-tested practice software, medatixx, we have subsequently developed psychotherapy-specific features to support you in your day-to-day work: for example, therapy management, the appointment book and customisable report templates.
We value transparency, flexibility and individuality: with us, you don’t pay a one-off licence fee. You also benefit from a short contract term and can customise the features of your practice software to suit your needs.
What special features does psyx offer?
Clear overview of treatment management
Sessions, quotas, applications: With the therapy management system, you can find all the key information about your patients at a glance. For example, you can view both scheduled and completed sessions straight away, as well as the status of patient applications. When sessions are carried out, the code booking takes place automatically following prior confirmation; you can also easily enter new quotas – whether they require an application or not.
medatixx mobile app
Manage patients and prescriptions using your mobile device: it’s no problem at all with the ‘medatixx’ mobile app for smartphones and tablets! Access key information and functions throughout your practice, such as patient master data, patient records, the appointment book and forms.
Of particular relevance to psychotherapists: therapy administration, waiting list management, the session note function, and the optional add-ons for group management and psychological testing (via tablet) can all be used on the move. ‘medatixx’ Mobile accesses the data via the psychotherapy practice’s Wi-Fi network. With the help of the ‘Mobile Data Access’ add-on, the app can also be used whilst on the move via a secure connection.
Creating custom log templates
Create your own digital report template: We have integrated an editor into psyx for the treatment report, allowing you to create your own report templates and use them for various processes.
For example, for your personalised consultation notes based on the type of treatment, the setting or the specific clinical presentation. You also have the option to integrate rating scales. You can easily scan or photograph handwritten notes – and then file them in the relevant record. This way, you can find all session-related content in one place.
By the way: With the ‘medatixxmobile’ app, you can easily access all your report templates via your tablet or smartphone and also fill them in.

Automatic update
The practice software psyx keeps itself up to date: master data relating to codes and diagnoses is always up to date, and all statutory and KBV/KV requirements are met. All necessary updates are carried out automatically – whilst your practice continues to run smoothly!
Permanent section
All master data, long-term diagnoses and a wealth of other information are clearly presented in the permanent section. The coloured buttons take you directly to the relevant workspace, whilst the integrated therapy counter also shows you the current status of your quotas at all times.
Statistical functions
Keep track of the quotas and current service counters for all patients, and approve applications that have not yet been authorised in the treatment statistics section. You also have access to various filter options and additional statistical functions to assist with your analyses.

medatixx attaches great importance to data security and data protection within its practice software solutions. The focus is not only on legal requirements, but also, in particular, on ensuring the best possible protection of treatment and patient-related data.
