Based on the proven medatixx practice software, the manufacturer subsequently developed psychotherapeutic extensions to support you in your day-to-day work: for example, therapy management, the appointment planner and customisable protocol templates.
We place great value on transparency, flexibility and individuality: with us, you pay no one-off licence fee. The contract term is 24 months, and you can put together the functions of your practice software however you wish.
The psyx practice software is KOB-certified. The TI connection as “TI as a Service” is always included.

Clear overview of treatment management
Sessions, quotas, applications: With the therapy management system, you can find all the key information about your patients at a glance. For example, you can view both scheduled and completed sessions straight away, as well as the status of patient applications. When sessions are carried out, the code booking takes place automatically following prior confirmation; you can also easily enter new quotas – whether they require an application or not.
medatixx mobile app
Manage patients and prescriptions using your mobile device: it’s no problem at all with the ‘medatixx’ mobile app for smartphones and tablets! Access key information and functions throughout your practice, such as patient master data, patient records, the appointment book and forms.
Of particular relevance to psychotherapists: therapy administration, waiting list management, the session note function, and the optional add-ons for group management and psychological testing (via tablet) can all be used on the move. ‘medatixx’ Mobile accesses the data via the psychotherapy practice’s Wi-Fi network. With the help of the ‘Mobile Data Access’ add-on, the app can also be used whilst on the move via a secure connection.
Creating custom log templates
Design your own digital protocol template: psyx includes an editor integrated into the treatment protocol, allowing you to create protocol templates yourself and use them for various procedures.
For example, for your individual session protocol based on the type of treatment, the setting or the respective clinical picture. You also have the option of integrating scales. Handwritten notes can also be easily scanned or photographed – and then filed in the relevant protocol. This way, you have all session-related content in one place.
By the way: With the ‘medatixxmobile’ app, you can easily access all your report templates via your tablet or smartphone and also fill them in.

The practice software psyx keeps itself up to date: master data on codes and diagnoses are always current, and legal requirements as well as KBV/KV specifications are met. All necessary updates run automatically – and your practice continues to operate without disruption.
medatixx-Copilot
Available at all times, competent and reliable: the intelligent AI assistant provides clear and comprehensible answers to questions about your practice software, supporting you in your daily work. If the medatixx-Copilot does not know the answer, it forwards your enquiry to software support. The application is included in the monthly software maintenance fee.
x.scribe: automatic documentation of the consultation
With the AI-supported solution x.scribe, you record the conversation with your patients. A summary and structured documentation are then created, which can be transferred directly into your practice software. x.scribe is connected to psyx and can be booked as an add-on; the servers are hosted exclusively within the European Union.
Permanent section
All master data, long-term diagnoses and a wealth of other information are clearly presented in the permanent section. The coloured buttons take you directly to the relevant workspace, whilst the integrated therapy counter also shows you the current status of your quotas at all times.
Statistical functions
Keep track of the quotas and current service counters for all patients, and approve applications that have not yet been authorised in the treatment statistics section. You also have access to various filter options and additional statistical functions to assist with your analyses.

Online appointment management: with x.webtermin, your patients can conveniently book appointments on the practice website. Video consultation: see and hear patients live in a virtual consulting room. With psyx, you create therapy groups, assign patients and schedule sessions. Booked group therapy codes are automatically applied to the patient.
