Vaccination is all about organisation: who has received what and when, what’s next, and is the vaccine for that even in the fridge? x.impfen brings these three questions together in one place.
The approximately 30 vaccination schedules recommended by the Standing Committee on Vaccination are stored in the system and are updated on an ongoing basis. The Vaccination Assistant is a Class I medical device.
Integrated vaccination management
An overview of the basic functions:
- Checking vaccination status in accordance with STIKO guidelines
- Inclusion of all commercially available vaccines and ‘vaccine-related’ risk factors
- Automatic generation of vaccination schedules and booking of booster jabs
- Integrated patient information system (information leaflets, medical certificates, patient information) and automatic recall system
- Travel vaccinations and country information
- Stock management, prescription writing and billing proposals
- Regular update service
With ‘x.impfen’, practices can always keep track of everything in their practice software, reduce the risk of errors thanks to handy notification and planning systems, and free up more time for their patients.
Efficient vaccination management
Storage of the vaccine:
- Recording of delivered vaccines (quantity, batch number, PZN, expiry date) – can also be done automatically using a 2D scanner
- Information from the Standing Committee on Vaccination (STIKO) on all authorised vaccines
- Overview of available and administered doses
- Prioritising vaccines by expiry date for upcoming vaccinations
- Daily recording of refrigeration temperatures; allows for the management of multiple fridges
Carrying out vaccinations:
- Planning vaccinations at vaccine-specific intervals
- Vaccination status shows the date of vaccination and the vaccine used for each patient
- Automatic transfer of the ICD code, service code and batch number of the vaccine into the practice software
Report on vaccine doses administered:
- List of daily totals for reporting via the KV/KBV portal for vaccination records
- Looking ahead: the option to export lists (CSV) for daily reporting to the Robert Koch Institute, provided that all practising doctors are able to use this method
