x.scribe

Typing during the consultation instead of listening: that is the part of daily practice life nobody enjoys. x.scribe records the patient consultation via a microphone and turns it into a structured documentation proposal.

You decide what is included: the proposal is checked before being incorporated into the documentation and can be amended or corrected. Data processing and servers are located in the EU.

From the initial discussion to the final documentation

  • Automatic recording

    The conversation is recorded in real time via a microphone. During the treatment, no one needs to type along anymore.

  • Structured summary

    The AI analyses the conversation and generates a summary that is optimised for medical documentation. You can use existing templates or create your own.

  • Intuitive post-processing

    You can edit and correct the summary in an editor. This means that the treating practitioner retains control over the content at all times.

  • Easy transfer

    Once you have approved it, the text is transferred directly into the practice software. This also means that follow-up documents, such as a doctor’s letter, can be produced more quickly.

Connectivity and data protection

x.scribe was developed together with the partner Corti and is connected to medatixx, psyx, x.isynet, x.vianova and xentro. The AI language models are continuously improved through iterative fine-tuning. How medatixx uses artificial intelligence in practice software is shown on the manufacturer's page AI in the practice (opens in a new window).

The solution is fully GDPR-compliant. Hosting and data processing take place within the EU.

The practice informs its patients that x.scribe records the conversation during treatment and documents their consent. Patients can object to this use at any time.

The prerequisites are an account with mein.medatixx and the current update of your practice software. No additional installation is then required. We are happy to work with you to clarify what further requirements need to be met in your practice and how the setup process works.
