You decide what is included: the proposal is checked before being incorporated into the documentation and can be amended or corrected. Data processing and servers are located in the EU.

The conversation is recorded in real time via a microphone. During the treatment, no one needs to type along anymore.
The AI analyses the conversation and generates a summary that is optimised for medical documentation. You can use existing templates or create your own.
You can edit and correct the summary in an editor. This means that the treating practitioner retains control over the content at all times.
Once you have approved it, the text is transferred directly into the practice software. This also means that follow-up documents, such as a doctor’s letter, can be produced more quickly.
x.scribe It was developed in collaboration with our partner Corti and is integrated with medatixx, psyx, x.isynet, x.vianova and xentro. The AI language models are continuously improved through iterative fine-tuning.
The solution is fully GDPR-compliant. Hosting and data processing take place within the EU.
