ISO 27001: medatixx is certified

The manufacturer of your practice software has been certified to ISO 27001 since the end of March 2025. The standard is the internationally recognised benchmark for information security management systems, or ISMS for short. It requires fixed rules for how a company stores and processes information, how it identifies risks, and how it responds to them.
Certification alone is not enough: an ISMS must be continually maintained and further developed, and the certification is reviewed on a regular basis.
What this means for your practice
Practice data is among the most sensitive data there is. The certification confirms, from an independent body, that medatixx protects the confidentiality, integrity and availability of its data through verified processes.
