Artificial intelligence relieves practices of the burden of medical documentation: with x.scribe, users can transcribe consultations in real time and have the content prepared in a structured format for further use in the practice software. The solution, which already attracted considerable interest at DMEA, is now also available to users of the practice systems medatixx and psyx as well as the outpatient and MVZ software xentro.

Documenting the consultation between clinician and patient is one of the most time-consuming tasks in outpatient care. Content must be recorded in parallel with treatment; every keystroke draws attention away. This is exactly where x.scribe comes in.
The add-on, developed together with cooperation partner Corti, records the consultation via a standard connected microphone, analyses the spoken content using specialised AI models and generates a structured documentation proposal from it in real time. This can be flexibly edited, supplemented and refined in an editor. Once approved by the clinician, the documentation is transferred directly into the respective practice software. Both ready-made and individual templates can be used for this.
Professional responsibility remains clearly regulated throughout: the AI handles the preparatory work, while the clinician decides on the final version. On this basis, further documents such as medical letters may in future also be generated directly from within the medatixx practice systems.
