medatixx-Copilot: the AI assistant in the practice software

Since the beginning of July 2025, an AI assistant has been built into medatixx practice programs: the medatixx-Copilot. It answers questions about functions and workflows directly from within the practice software, with no waiting time and even at weekends.
The results after two months: by 9 September 2025, more than 16,500 enquiries had been received, most frequently concerning patient master data, billing, workflow automation, telematics infrastructure and the electronic patient record. Only 169 of these resulted in a support ticket.
What this means for your practice
The Copilot draws on manuals, frequently asked support questions and other manufacturer sources, and asks follow-up questions if a request is unclear. It is part of the monthly software maintenance and comes at no extra cost.
